Dude..who's the new kid?!

Had a new kid in our class today.I don't really know his name,cause he really keeps to himself.The first day when he came into class,me and Chris tried to say 'hi' but he just stared at us like we were some kind of virus or something.If he's trying to act like a king and we're dust,he's certainly NOT and I repeat NOT doing a good job of it.Like seriously.
Never mind about the king stuff,that might be just my perception.Oh,and do you know he's actually 15?!From the scars I saw on the back of his arm,it looked as if (IF) he was recovering from an accident or something.As Chris said,maybe he broke everything and had to stay in the hospital for a whole year.Must be really boring,one look at hospital food makes me want to throw up.Mas brought her science project to school today.There was a chapter about invertebrates,so she brought LIVE worms in a plastic bag that she pasted in her scrap book..Some of the girls who saw her project totally FREAKED OUT,I wish you could see it.

During assembly,Teacher made us stand under the sun.I felt like I was a salted fish,from the looks of others they felt the same too.I mean like,why can't we have it in the hall?Isn't that what halls were made for?!
Lorrenz (my brother,for those who don't know) was sick today.Had fever for three days straight (only at night) so he didn't go to school today.Today,he dropped the thermometer and the mercury in it all came out.As you all know,mercury is very poisonous,just breathing it can make you ill (or so I've heard) and since I've never seen mercury this close before,I was dumb enough to stare at it from 6 inches away,while breathing and watching it collapse into tiny little balls and back again.How much of an IDIOT can I be?!And now it's going to take me 6 months for all the mercury to go out of my bloodstream.

Exam's next two weeks!!The weird part is,when I study,I don't feel like my brain is absorbing any info,but when teacher gives a pre-test exam-thingy,I can get most of it right.And I only shoot the questions.*circle randomly without thinking*

Today @ CF we made Teacher's Day cards.They split us into 4 groups so that work would be faster.
1.The board-cutting group
2.The smaller-things cutting group
3.The writing group
4.The sticking group

Well,I joined the writing group.Most of my friends did,actually.Why? It's the easiest!Catch: you need to have nice handwriting.I just cincai do,but don't care as we were fighting time and we want quantity,not quality.

Marrisa's writing is just..WOW!!We all joked that she has a built-in-printer in her hand..lols' all around..and Sean joined the sticking group.Me and Chris could have bet that,because he's always asking me:

Eyewitness of the Exams Virus

Today,I recieved my church membership.
I will not be posting anything for a while due to a bad case of the 'Exams Virus' and will have to wait until the exams are over to be well again.I would have consulted a doctor,but they are all 10-year olds.Youngsters these days..*sigh*
Legend has it that the Exams Virus has a cure,created by the Orang Asli who live in the Homework Mountains.Luckily,we have Internet so it is very easy,just Google a cure for Exams Virus,or it's Latin translation..Examophobia.
I posted a cure so those of you can try it out for yourself..see if it works.

P.S. If it doesn't work..maybe it can make you feel better.

Exam Virus Cure

1 cup of sugar

2-and-a-half cups of homework

1 cup of sweat (I know it's gross,but it's for your own good)

A pair of wings from a Homework Fairy

Seasoning

1 cup of nerds

Pinch of anti-parent's nagging

Underwear slingshot (huh?)

How to make

Mix the sugar,homework and sweat together until even,or tiny little bubbles that have words in it appear.Bring to the boil over a low flame,constantly stirring with a pen.When it starts to smell really bad,or until your nose drops off from the stench,you know it's done.Leave it to cool,otherwise it will become a monster that gives you nothing but homework..then the cure is ruined.
When it has cooled down,pour into a bowl.Mix with the cup of nerds until well-mixed.Add pinch of anti-parent's nagging,or as much as you want to taste.Use underwear slingshot to fire an underwear into it.Keeps well in refrigerator for 2 months.
Note* -Nerds are available at your nearby medicine shop,and remember to pick the fresh ones.

Today was awesome.Had fellowship with fellow Caregroupians,and really gotta know each other better...Made sushi.See pics above.Claire's the chef genius..the sushi we made was AWESOME!!!Ate until we almost threw up..luckily we didn't.Now,I am still very full...hahas.I don't think I am going to eat dinner.We only made one type of sushi though...something that looked like California Rolls.Claire had the idea to make 'Claire Rolls', a sushi roll that was twice the size of an ordinary California Roll.I had the job of rolling the sushi..I think the best job was cutting the sushi 'cause after every 10 pieces you get to pop one in your mouth..(when the others are not looking!)We also were in charge of games...but because of all the projects and school work taking up our time..we didn't manage to think of any..until she made a game at the last minute..called 'Chop Chilli' or something like that.
How you play..
Everyone sits round in a circle..and the first person says 'Chop Chilli' and repeats it.You can think of any actions..like pinching your face,or holding your toes..whatever..and the person beside you has to repeat it until the whole circle is following.We couldn't manage to keep from laughing when some actions were a bit..well you know...and could barely focus for more than 3 seconds..I'm serious!
Things really got out of hand..not the bad way..when J-Mee started laughing and couldn't stop,we decided to play a different game for..reasons.
After we made all the sushi,what next?eat it,of course!There was also miso soup,and Mom also cooked some tonight so I think I'm going to be sick of miso soup tomorrow because I saw one really BIG pot boiling..full of soup.

A fire drill yesterday,and during Pj time! I mean,I don't mind a fire drill anytime..but it must not be during PJ time.Why can't the school understand that?
Fire drill bells usually last for about 5 minutes.Anyone still inside the building will be..dead.
There were 3 boys that just came down..so they..died?Never mind.My fingers are still sore from typing out an earlier post..the one about baptism.My computer's internet line discconnected..so I had to re-type the WHOLE thing again.Oh,and I won the Fruit Machine and Tombola twice in a row!! Must be God's blessing..Screenies above.

Was baptized last week on the 26th of March..so happy!! Gonna recieve my Church Membership Cert this Sun..two days from now!!
This is my experience..
After church..the photographers took some pics of us before baptism.(don't have them yet)
Mom said : Joee!Did you take everything?
Me : Extra clothes..Check.Hairbrush..Check.Plastic bag for wet clothes..Check.Oh blast!! I FORGOT TO BRING MY TOWEL!!
Mom : Haiyoh..you ah..this..forget.That..forget.Nevermind..ask your friend if you can borrow.
Me : You ask?
Mom : No,your responsibility.You ask.
Me : *sigh*
The baptism place was in another church not too far away...but mom misread the directions.Not that she normally does.Hehe.
So,we ended up slightly late for the event.When we reached,they were still filling up the pool- they drain all the water out after every ceremony to prevent fungus from growing.Uggh fungus.
After a few songs,it was time for the baptism,but the water wasn't completely filled up yet..only about half way.Almost.I bet you're thinking..'How did they baptize us?'
Simple.We bend our knees slightly.
What's worse..I was the first one!!AARGH!!
When I was in the pool,
Pastor asked : Have you recieved Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour?
Me : Uhh..Yeah!
Church : *Laughter*
I was thinking so much about how they were going to baptize us..I didn't realize he had asked me that question.So, I did the logical thing to do.Say 'Yes'! Only, it came out as.. Yeah!!And of course everybody laughed.When I got out from the pool,mom passed me Su Ann's towel.(I managed to borrow from her) She was the third one so that gave me a bit of time to dry off.
I rushed to the toilet to change..and also because it was cold and I wanted to get dry as soon as possible..and since we had to go inside the men's toilet to reach the ladies' toilet, *pic above*
I accidentally went inside the men's toilet.I didn't even know 'cos it was no different from the ladies toilet.Talk about embarrasing!! Good thing there was no-one there..hehe.When the last candidate had been baptized,the church photographers took pics of all of us.My eyes hurt after that photography session..too much flashes!!

After baptism,I and Su Ann went to Summit.Had lunch at some chinese shop..the dumplings there were quite nice.The shop had some really BIG aquariums there..and saw a kind of clam named Geoduck.It was HUGE!See pic above.
A lot of people asked me..'So,did you feel anything after the baptism?'
I, being me, said 'Oh, I felt wet!!'
